Description: Owned by the Holy Family Catholic Regional Division and the Peace River School Division this new 6,715 m² Grimshaw Shared School Facility is also attached to the Mile Zero Regional Multiplex, brings two new schools (K-9 school for Holy Family Catholic Regional Division and a K-12 school for Peace River School Division), a shared atrium, public library, community theatre, and two Career Technology Studies spaces to the community. The project was constructed under a design-build delivery method which Marshall-Lee lead.
This project has been certified LEED Silver. The Grand Opening was held September 22, 2017.
